Raja Yoga

Raja Yoga is referred to as the Royal Path that takes your awareness inward through the practice of meditation. The essence of the Raja yoga is an integration of Body, Mind and Spirit through practices that enhance mind-body connection. Postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) are included as a preparation for meditation. Regular practice helps to experience deep inner peace, enables the individual to remain involved in family and society, fulfilling all responsibility, yet unaffected by negative influences.
