The Holistic Yoga and Meditation is an inspiration in creating Health, Happiness, and Peace! I was becoming not only physically drained before coming to the Holistic Yoga and Meditation, but also mentally exhausted. So I went looking for something that would help my body and mind. I had been involved in yoga before so I knew of it's power to heal the mind and body when practised correctly. Unfortunately, most of the gyms I went to, had stripped the traditional yoga down to just the physical aspect which in my mind weakened the benefits of yoga on mental, emotional and spiritual level. I began to feel like I would not find anything to nourish my body, mind, and spirit. I found the Yoga Studio which was attracted me since I pass by that area and I received a message to get there, With introductory session, I realized that my energy was no longer focused, my body had become weak, my mind was a mess, and my spirit in angst. But for the first time in a long time I felt like I was in a place of energy and healing. So I signed up for a Year long membership, then I decided to go deeper by attending various personal growth workshops. Now I feel like I want to share this with others.

Achieving emotional control: It is fun and exciting and just exactly what I need. I love the atmosphere. It is positive and uplifting. Most of all, I can feel myself opening up and can more freely express myself. I have also felt more in control of my emotions. I love my teachers and the good tea after yoga class.

I will continue as long as it takes to experience the much needed benefits of improving my mind, spirit and body. I would like to be able to help and heal others also. Ilona's classes are inspiring and creative. She takes the time to help each person with their own particular needs and uses great real life examples to explain yoga philosophy. I feel honored and lucky that I have such a wonderful yoga teacher.
