Lisa Forrest
Registered Yoga Teacher
Lisa’s love for yoga began in the year 2000 after giving birth to her daughter. She began doing yoga at home, tuning into Diane Bruni from Breathing Space Yoga each morning at 6am, when there wasn’t time to go to the gym for a workout. Wanting to go deeper, Lisa began attending Hatha Yoga classes at a nearby yoga studio and after experiencing the numerous benefits of a regular practice, Lisa knew that this is what she wanted to do. So when her daughter was just 2 years old, Lisa began her Yoga teacher training in Kundalini Yoga, also known as the Yoga of Spiritual Awareness. It has been and continues to be an incredible journey toward transformation, healing, understanding and sharing. Lisa is a Reiki Level II Practitioner, Thai Yoga Massage therapist and a certified Radiant Child Yoga Teacher. Now a mother of two, giving birth to a son in 2007, Lisa knows first hand that life is busier than ever, and taking the time to practice and teach yoga is the greatest gift she gives to herself and her students.
