There is every reason to start practicing yoga! Holistic Yoga and Meditation offers a variety of yoga classes to meet the needs of every person interested in overcoming the pressures and stresses of modern life in a self-empowering and healthy way! Our classes are taught in a non-competitive environment by instructors who will guide your practice based on your current health status and physical abilities. Holistic yoga is suitable for everyone, whatever your age, background, beliefs or level of fitness. What is yoga? The word yoga means “unite” and represents the union of Body, Mind and Spirit. Yoga is a complete science of balanced living and a path to higher knowledge and joyful abundance. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, you will experience the many benefits of yoga. Regular practice will help you stay physically fit, mentally alert; create balance and harmony in your life.
Every style of yoga practice at our Studio has three components:
- Energy exercises called pranayama, that focus primarily on breath work but may also include postures or other healing techniques.
- Postures, called asanas, that include a variety of poses that strengthen, length and increase flexibility of the spine and other muscles in the body.
- Relaxation and Meditation.
Regardless, of what type of yoga style you are drawn to, our instructors will give variations depending on the participants level of experience.

- Tuesdays at 7:15pm,
- Thursdays at 6:00pm.
